The down payment has a couple parts and can vary depending on the situation. Morrison will require a certain percentage for the down payment depending on the overall cost of the home but your overall down payment amount can vary if your lender for your mortgage requires a certain amount down based on the price of the home. The best way to find out how much you can afford for a new home is to speak to a mortgage advisor whether that is at your bank or at a mortgage brokerage. Once you speak to them and get pre approved you will have a clear idea on what you can afford.

The build timeline fluctuates between 10-14 months. This timeframe will change depending on the size of the home, trade availability, and weather conditions. Our area managers will be able to provide you with a more specific timeline once you select a home you are interested in.
